Beschreibung

Cold brew ist in Mode. Das weiss auch auch der japanische Fachhersteller Hario.

Geeignet um leckeren cold brew in kurzer Zeit zuzubereiten.

Der Zubereiter besteht aus zwei Glaselementen mit einem Edelstahlfilter. Kann mit oder ohne zusätliche Papierfilter verwendet werden, um feinste Partikel vor zu filtern.

Der Unterschied von einer Dripper zu einem cold brew Zubereiter ist, dass beim Dripper der Kaffee durch das eigengewicht des Wassers gebrüht wird. Im Gegensatz zum regulären cold brew bei dem der Kaffee einfach in kaltem Wasser zieht und keine Durchdringung durch Schwerkraft stattfindet.<

Zubereitung für eine Kanne

  1. 70 Gramm gemahlenen Kaffee (grober Mahlgrad – zwischen Zucker und Salz) in den Edelstahl Filter geben und diesen in den unteren Behälter einhängen
  2. Auf den gemahlenen Kaffee den runden Papier Filter auflegen (kein muss).
  3. Vor dem Aufsetzen des oberen Zylinders darauf achten, dass die Gummilappe reingedrückt, also geschlossen ist. Ansonten fließt das Wasser zu schnell durch.
  4. Den oberen Glaszylinder mit 750ml kaltem Wasser befüllen.
  5. Die Durchlaufzeit beträgt ca. 1-2 Stunden. Am Ende ergibt eine volle Kanne 4 Tassen
